Amazon / twitch Prime blocked transaction

Okay, so: I’ve read a lot of older posts about amazon now accepted, however. When I try to order twitch prime, there are two transactions coming in. One is from amazon Europe, that gets accepted.

The second transaction is coming from amazon us, this one gets rejected. And I can’t whitelist it?

Is there anything I can do to get this transaction accepted?

LvH I’ve set my MasterCard to worldwide. Still gets rejected!

Maarten That’s odd. I haven’t had issues with Amazon transactions. Maybe you can ask bunq through Personal Matters why the transaction is being declined, they may be able to see more details or lift a anti-fraud false-positive.

LvH I haven’t had any problems either, it also accepts my amazon eu transactions. Apparently it doesn’t like my amazon us transaction :(

I’ve contacted them, let’s find out if they have an answer there! Thanks for your help

Johannes 🇦🇺 Update: had contact with bunq, it’s something on the merchants end. Contacted them, and they will get back to me when they found a solution. :)

I'm facing the same issue :(

2 years later and get the same issue (Twitch, tried Metal Card, internet card and regular one). The transaction does not show up in the bunq app.
