Sander
I didn't ask for an update on every topics every x days.
I didn't ask for an immediate fix "within 2 days". (Even if they take a year, makes no difference to me)
I didn't say they would not come up with a solution, evidently: they likely are as was described above.
So that's all stuff I didn't say nor suggest and thus nothing but a frame. I don't think it's fair to be doing that just because someone has criticism on standing communication policy, rather than singing praise and halleluja because the company "allows you" to say something by their divine grace.
No, what I called arrogance is the complete dismissal of all the clients that were shocked with the news. Not caring enough at all to take 30 seconds to post the update here (and seriously, I don't count that copy/paste PR-response.), but do take the time to answer the question on a completely different website: I think that's really weird. How hard can it be to post a simple update? And that's what I think is rude: not communicating and ignoring everyone, but do give an update elsewhere instead of on your own website. And that has nothing to do at all with the developers time nor bunq's effort, I made zero comments about that nor (attemped to) raise(d) any such notion. All I commented about was the full lack of communication and nothing more.
Anyway, we're not going to convince each other on all the other points anyway, Ali finally said it's probably going to be fixed - so there's no point in arguing this any further anyway. Just please don't try to frame me again with things I never said, that's not cool. I do seem to sense the suggestion, and correct me if I'm wrong, that Together is not the place to have criticism. If that's so: I'll keep that in mind and seek other venues to utter annoyances.
So now all we can do is wait and for those who have a problem with this, hope Ali actually means it and that it'll be fixed. In time.
Enjoy your evening. :)
