Ik zie helaas telkens de uitlegpagina

Dit moet een bug zijn toch? Hoe kun je anders de opgebouwde rente bekijken? De oude functionaliteit werkte perfect

Bovenaan staat de rente van de afgelopen week, verderop de pagina vind je je totaal opgebouwde rente. De rente opgebouwd in deze week voordat het wordt uitbetaald wordt inderdaad niet meer weergegeven.

Openen op een payday transactie is niet hetzelfde, voorheen kon je precies zien wat je in de huidige periode had opgebouwd. Als ik wat stortte op de rekening kon ik een dag later zien wat de impact dat had op de rente per dag

Waarom zou je deze functionaliteit weghalen?! De rente moet ik nu ook elke week al zelf weer naar de spaarrekening terugstorten. Waarom dit ontmoedigingsbeleid?!

Toch was het leuk om te zien wat je al opgebouwd had. Nu wordt je naar de website gestuurd hoe de rente berekend en uitgekeerd wordt. Als ik zelf zou mogen kiezen zie ik liever wat ik opgebouwd heb. Als ik wil weten hoe het berekend wordt, ga ik wel op zoek op de webstie.

In mijn geval zijn de laatste updates dus een verslechtering:

Spaarrente gaat niet meer automatisch naar mijn spaarrekening, dit wordt een wekelijkse handmatige actie.
Ik kan de opgebouwde rente over de afgelopen week niet meer zien, niet noodzakelijk, maar het was gewoon een leuke functie, nu slechts een webpagina met uitleg.

Het is zoals het is. Maar ik kijk angstvallig uit naar nieuwe updates.

goeie oplossing voor nu, ( van Thijs )
1: Open een recente bunq Payday transactie
2: Tik op de knop "Sorteer" rechtsonderin
3: Tik op "Volgende"
4: Tik op "Zet om in %".
5: Voer "100 %" in bij de spaarrekening waar je wilt dat je rente elke week wordt gestort
6:Tik op "Verdeel deze betaling".

EDIT: Looks like this is only available on Android for now

@Samantha#280372 We (Dutch) people are real savers, curious and would like to see what we receive in interest per day. This feature also exists in some other bank apps. Now we are being redirected to Bunq Together, which actually makes us less wiser.

@Samantha#280372 Agree with the previous posters. Besides that, the functionality was there already, then why remove it and replace it with a link to a (more or less) static website ?

The new update is very annoying. If you push the interest button you should see the intereset you build up, not a help page!! If I would like to have any explanation about interest I would go to the Support Center. So this new functionality also makes no sense. Besides this look at the comments from your customers. Bunq made a mistake, not a big deal. But please reverse the functionality.

By the way to give a bit of context, the link to the Together post with information on how we calculate your interest is more useful for most people, but for power users such as yourself I can see why it is less interesting. Nevertheless good to know why you'd want to see your accrued interest, we will take your feedback into consideration!

Just restore showing the accrued interest and put a "how is this calculated?" button near it which takes people to the explanation web page (it is an informative page, good job on that!). I thought this change was a bug at first but apparently this was done intentionally 😅

@Samantha#280388 What if the link to the Together post is not visible until you have pressed the button and you see your accrued interest?

Then we see our accrued interest, but it is also possible to click further to the Together post with information.
