Who can withdraw amounts from a Shared Savings Goal?

Is that only the one who created the goal, or anyone whom who shared the goal with?

    Good question. A shared Savings Goal is in fact a Joint Account. So, every member is equaly owner of all the funds. Every member can withdraw.
