I just now realised that there was a comment above the one with the screenshots;
Phil "I think there is some sort of error in the app. whenever I type code, it will fill two boxes with the same number at a time. Thus if I type 5 on the fifth box of verification section, it will automatically type 5 in the sixth box as well and immediatly proceeds on, "invalid code " message appears."
This is actually a weird thing. That shouldn't happen. Maybe there's a small bug in the Sandbox app, but I think it's mostly because of the developer trying to sign up through the bunq app (using an unsupported country). Any number startings with "+316xxxxxxxx" should work (replace the x's with digits obviously). The SMS code is the same for every number. When entering the number / SMS code to activate the device still has this weird behaviour then please let us know and I'll poke some people at bunq. π (and please let us know then whether he uses the Android Emulator or a physical device, maybe it's a quirk in the device itself then).
Phil Also - would be great if they could join this forum themselves instead of me having to post their questions.
This forum is for bunq customers, not primarily a tech-support for external developers. I see how this would be useful here, but I think it's easier then to contact support@bunq.com (or apisupport@bunq.com, but I'm not sure whether that one is still actively used/read). π
