Bunq processes all incoming and outgoing transfers as soon as they receive them, 24/7. There is actually no delay on the side of bunq.
Other banks may or may not delay the processing of payments or accept instant payments coming from bunq. As more and more banks open up to the instant payments scheme for SEPA-transfers, payments become quicker every day. This differs amongst banks per country. For example when I transfer from my ING-account to bunq (v.v.), it takes one business day, when I transfer from ABN-Amro to bunq (v.v.), it only takes a few seconds. All of these banks are Dutch. I now use bunq as my main bank and haven't yet run into any delays or whatsoever with bunq. I even get my monthly wage a few hours earlier than I used to at my old bank...
Some German banks seem to have troubles with instant payments from or to bunq, there are other topics on Together where this is discussed, just search for Sparkasse.
