• C2C solution ideal payments

I would like to know if it is possible to make a c2c payment with iDeal. The user pays with iDeal and the amount of money that he pays will be send to an "iban" of some of the other users.

So normally the money payed would get into my bank account, but my question is can I give any IBAN number with the payment so that the payment will go to that account.

@Souhail-Olive-Cheetah#71812 I'm not sure I understand your question. You can make a bunq.me page or send a payment request. People can pay with iDEAL and you get the money.

You can't create such a request for an IBAN of somebody else. They can do that themselves.

Why would you want to do this?!? Am I missing something?

Yes, it is basically c2c ideal payment. I saw on ideal.nl that bunq was mentioned under c2c payment solutions. So that is why I am asking to make sure it is possible.

Well lets say i have 2 clients on my website, Alice and Bob. Alice is clicking on the profile of Bob and clicks on the payment button. Alice than goes to an ideal page where she can finish the payment and after that Bob receives Alice's money on his own account.

@Souhail-Olive-Cheetah#71849 That can happen, but only if Bob has put his bunq.me link in his profile so you know which page Alice has to visit.

PS if you hit reply the other person will get a notification and you might get an answer sooner.

@JeroenE#71853 But I want to integrate this into my own platform so Alice and Bob have nothing to do with bunq ....

@Souhail-Olive-Cheetah#71854 You can get a bunq.me page even if you're not a bunq client.

            Without a bunq.me page it won't work.

Note that a bunq.me page for non bunq Business subscribers isn't allowed to be used for business purposes.

@Souhail-Olive-Cheetah#71854 you will at least let them sign up a bunq.me link. You can’t just make use of the services of bunq without wanting to have anything to do with bunq.. You can not create these links programmatically (via an API) btw. So it does not seem possible for your specific usecase. You could however build some kind of proxy server. You let users pay to you as a man-in-the-middle, and you forward the money to the specified IBAN. With the API you can create new IBANs and Requests, and you can make transfers, so that would work. Downside is that the money goes through you own accounts. πŸ™‚

@Sander#71895 @Souhail-Olive-Cheetah i think when you provide a service like this you also need a financial service license from the central bank, because you process payments for third parties.. (because of PSD2)
