@Gints-Golden-Panther#74267 Freezing is the right thing to do. You can order a new card by going to the Cards menu and swiping all the way to the right. There you should see an option to order a new one.

Heiko HartwigWizardJust ordering a new one seems not to be the right way when a card was stolen as you'll keep the frozen card in your master data and it could happen that you unfreeze it by mistake. There should be a way to block a card permanently and in the same way ordering a new one.

When you go to your card 💳 -> settings, you will see the option to replace it. You can replace one for free every year
DaveFlashProdigy@JohnDo#74281 yes, choosing that option in case of a stolen or lost card is the best way to go, as soon as your replacement comes in, you activate it thereby the old card is automatically invalided and can't be used anymore, keeping it frozen should prevent someone from using your lost card in the meantime.

With the Easy Money plan, you can have three cards.
