How do I see if I’ve earned Cashback?

To see if you’ve earned Cashback you can check your payment to Hiram Green in your bunq app. If you’ve earned Cashback, it will be displayed alongside the payment:

Go to the 🏠 Home tab
Select the card you used for the payment.
Find your payment and tap on it
If you’ve earned Cashback, you’ll see it displayed here

I haven’t received my Cashback. What now?

The payment must be made directly with your bunq Credit Card (virtual or physical). Cashback won’t be paid for payments made via PayPal, Curve, or Klarna. Your Cashback will be earned on your next Payday.
