These terms and conditions apply to the promotional campaign IG Giveaway (“Promotion”) from bunq B.V. (“bunq”). The Promotion is intended to celebrate and promote bunq and our Partnership with Onefit.
bunq has partnered with OneFit (https://one.fit/nl-nl) for this exclusive giveaway.
Per Instagram rules, this promotion is in no way sponsored, administered, or associated with Instagram, Inc.

Promotion Period

The Promotion runs from February 11, 2023, 15:00 (CET) until (and including) November 14, 2023, 23:59 (CET)(the “Promotion Period”).

This Promotion is open for all residents of the Netherlands at the time of entry, however, OneFit's services are limited to Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Utrecht, Haarlem, Leiden, Breda, Eindhoven, Nijmegen and Arnhem. If you are not located in or near one of these locations, but have in fact participated in the giveaway and won (by random selection), then we retain the right to give the prize to another giveaway participant. The prize cannot be transferred to someone else in your network

🔺 bunq employees and other persons directly involved in the organization of this Promotion are excluded from participation.

🔺 We'll exclude you from participation in case: (i) we know or suspect you (have) misuse(d) our services, (ii) we feel that you have acted in conflict with the goal of the promotion, (iii) you have failed to comply with these terms and conditions or (iv) if we believe you (tried to) damage(d) our reputation. In addition, we reserve the right not to pay out a prize to you in case one of the aforementioned situations becomes applicable to you. In this case we will draw another winner to replace you.

Prize

Participants will have the opportunity to win a ‘Start Membership’ to OneFit - 14 months free subscription; The prize is personal, non-negotiable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
We reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Winner

_The winner will be contacted via Instagram DM within 24 hours of the giveaway closing. The winner will be asked what their current home and work/school location is to verify whether the prize can be used or not.

The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected participant via a number generator (Instagram Comment Picker).
The winners will have 48 hours to claim their prize from the time they are announced as a winner. After this time, we reserve the right to select a new winner. The prize will be sent via email to the winner email addresses provided.
If a winner is not eligible for participation, another winner will be drawn in their place.
Condition for receiving your prize is that you allow us to mention you (including your name and picture) and the fact that you’ve won this Promotion, now and in the future, free of charge, for promotional purposes, via any channel. If you do not agree to this condition, you will lose the right to your prize and we will draw a new winner.

Privacy

By taking part in this promotion, all participants consent to us collecting, storing and using their personal data submitted with their entry for the purposes of this promotion. Please see our Privacy & Cookie Statement on our website and in our app.

Liability

Participating is at your own risk. We accept no liability for damages of any kind resulting from your participation in the promotion or our use of your personal details.
We assume no liability in case a winner loses his or her right to a prize based on above-mentioned provisions or if the winner refuses to accept the prize.

Miscellaneous

We may, at our own discretion and without prior notice, change these rules and/or prizes and/or terminate the Promotion prematurely, without being held liable for damages.
The Promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Mandatory (consumer protection) laws of your country of residence will remain valid/applicable.
Any dispute, controversy or claim shall be resolved by the relevant court of Amsterdam, the Netherlands. or by the court of your place of residence.
