Hi Bjorn π At bunq, we prioritize processing outgoing payments quickly. However, it's important to note that there may be a slight delay in monitoring. If you need to show proof of a successful payment, you can easily export a statement from your account to share with the recipient. In the meantime, we encourage you to reach out to the receiving bank as well in order to be able to locate the payment!

The Metal Credit Card was designed as a true credit card that you can use for all your spending needs, without the risk of falling into debt. It was also part of our mission to provide a greener and more sustainable banking experience.
However, as of January 15, 2024, after we have internally assessed its continuity, we have decided to discontinue this offering.
Regarding the cost, while the production cost of a Metal Credit Card might be below $10, the fee associated with it also covers other aspects such as delivery, card replacement, and the added benefits that come with it. For instance, if you're an Easy Green user, payments made with your Metal Credit Card are insured with the Purchase Protection system powered by Companjon.
As for the differentiation of account tiers in the future, bunq is continuously working on improving its offerings to provide the best possible experience for its users. While the Metal Card was a unique feature of certain account tiers, bunq offers a range of other features and benefits across its different account tiers.
Lastly, regarding your point on greenwashing, bunq is committed to making a real impact on the environment.
