MartinChampSorry pasted and forgot the "days". So MC is very clear. Bunq support is stating that the 30 days start after a client REQUEST a refund. And that is in my opinion wrong. The 30 days should start after the initial date of the "hold" and should be returned after 30days automatically so so need for manual refund request.

MartinChampWaarom wacht Bunq standaard met "gereserveerde" bedragen pas na 30 dagen te retourneren terwijl de merchant de betreffende bedragen al heeft vrijgegeven ? Het lijkt erop dat Bunq deze bedragen niet automatisch vrijgeeft of in elk geval pas automatisch na 30 dagen.
