I recently found out through a support ticket that when a refund is processed on your account it does not always generate a refund event in the bunq app. This is hugely confusing and a bug IMHO and cost me a lot of time to find out about (I thought I did't receive any refund, because how was I to find out?). Additionally, it reduces my trust in the Product and company.
The support agent even indicated that this was a conscious choice by the product team, I'd like to argue against it.
Any and all events having an effect on my total for a Bunq account should not be hidden or otherwise inaccessible. My request would be to make this change.
The potential work around of finding out through exporting a bank statement is not acceptable imo.

Ideally, I would like to see spending insights per category over time visualised in the application. Basically find out how am I spending per category over the last 6 months?
Would love to see this get in. To bank like a local in Spain this is needed. Het "iDeal" van Spanje.
When creating a payment request the application states: "Request sent!", after that the options to share the request are represented. My heart always skips a beat as I think I might have sent the request already to an unknown source...
Continues to be a problem for me as well. Insights is important to get solved imo.
Even though someone might be registered with Bunq in one country, that doesn't mean they prefer their interfaces in the language of that country as well. Executing financial transactions requires trust in one's actions, that trust is best created with their own language. For example, a Dutch person living in Spain would still like the interface to be represented in Dutch.
Very confusing all in all. Don't hide accounts unnecessarily.
+1 Needed this earlier if possible. Kind of a nice thing to market just before income tax time. Bunq you can do better in 2023...
Can a change of address be done for a date in the future or is it always immediately changed?

When clicking the event the app loads, but is taken back to the home screen of Bunq. Nothing further happens...
