  • Only every time a pending transaction is left pending. Good luck with the battle to get that fixed by the AI support bot. Check for any other pending transactions you may have missed. I found one from February by accident

    • Bunq are clearly not handling autorisations properly. If I rent a car but owe nothing at the end, my regular bank reverses the "deposit" pre-authorisation transaction the following day. With Bunq you have to wait 30 days, light a candle, hope the stars are aligned properly and contact support.
