    • Dear @bunq, closing topics is not the solution (as you did here: https://together.bunq.com/d/30189-votes-for-going-back-to-v2). We don’t want more features in V3.. we and V2 back. I don’t know who decided it was a good idea to merge twitter, instagram and fitbit and replace the bunq ui with the result but as a mobile bank you application, your only interaction point for your paying customers should focus on ease of use and clarity. V2 had it with only a few rough edges. V3 tries very, very hard to remove any quality of life and make anything as hard and esotheric as possible. Who thoght hiding “freeze my card” behind a plus button was a good idea? Or the whole community and support tabs? so I “add” to my card by freezing it? Do I “add” a support or community.. Thing? Not really. The whole “Us” tab is a catastrophe because your blog has no place in a banking app at all. You want to know what to make better in v3? Scrape it and start over with focus on banking or revert to v2 instead of this trainwreck. Ideally offer a choice between both for those that actually want to use bunq for banking and for those that forgot have to share their planted tree numbers 12 times a day with the world.

      • @TiesS#171441 I doubt bunq will listen.. But you have my vote man. That and a 2 page long 1-star review in the app store explaining why instagram is not a banking app.

        • @Matteo-Indigo-Akita-2429416581#154192 Here’s one: how about trying to do community surveys in a way that results in a realistic result? Like.. NOTIFYING VIA MAIL? Bunq has been amazing sending me a mail per week to tell me about features I already knew. But what about actually using that channel to mail your customers to get real feedback in surveys instead of posting it on your blog?

          • So.. am I seeing it correct that you’re forcing me to either not be able to use my Green Card if I don’t switch to the new, better more expensive SuperGreen?? I know it sounds like a nice idea but until now I could have my Premium for 7,99/month + my GreenCard for 99/year for a total of 194€ while SuperGreen is 16,99/month for a total of 203€.
Replacing two separate products with a single more expensive one without choice sound like a great idea...

            • @ItsRenee#151075 Replying to myself: the status of my card has now changed to “left delivery facility in Eindhoven, NL” so it really too 4 days to get to DHL

              • @Amour-Yellow-Hummingbird#151106 It’s not like you can’t use the card only or with Apple Pay, google pay or nfc tap2pay.. while you wait for the physical.

                • @Amour-Yellow-Hummingbird#151102 You do understand that it takes 4 to 6 weeks to make a custom engraved metal credit card because these are made to order and not something bunq can keep in stock, yes?

I even says so if you read the details for the card..

                  • @Jan-Red-Badger-958899375#151086 Ah okay, I don’t know how FitBit works; Apple and Google simply emulate Mastercards with pre-authorised payments (which is why no pin will ever be requested)

                    • @Jan-Red-Badger-958899375#151083 Not with Apple Pay / Google Pay since it doesn’t have or support any PIN — The Security factor for Apple/Google Pay is the biometric authentication of your device (eg you unlock/confirm with fingerprint or Face ID) which is a valid full replacement for a PIN

                      • Hmm mine has been in the state “Shipment Information received - the parcel is not yet with DHL” since last Friday (13th, was expected to arrive this Monday). Has the Netherlands shut down international shipments as a precaution to the corona epidemic?

                        • @Roeshimi#151067 I can confirm that that works flawless with the Bunq mastercards. I have my green card in ApplePay and regularly pay sums above 25€ (for gas) without even touching the reader.

                          • This happened the first time to me today so here some background:

I switched Audible to charge from a bunq virtual card but I got the expiry date wrong (and Audible apparently can’t verify that date). So they tried to charge my monthly Audible subscription which was denied by bunq since the supplied expiration date was wrong.

I fixed that fault on my part but what surprised me is that I did get no notification from bunq at all.
I have all notification toggles on but no push, no badge, nothing. I only noticed the denied payment when I checked my events for a completely other reason.

                            • It’s really unfortunate to read this..

I understand the issue with ApplePay and bunq.me but allowing top-ups of your own account with ApplePay is in my view significantly less prone to fraud..

I will miss this feature and hope bunq decides to add it back in.

                              • I recently setup automated sorting for my monthly bunq top-up (a standing order at my old bank).

Last month I increased the amount of money that I transfer but I couldn’t find a way to update how it’s sorted.

bunq was smart enough to tell me “you received <new-amount>€ we sorted <old-amount>€ of it for you so you don’t have to!”.

While that is certainly nice, is there a way to update the sorting or do I have to tell it to not sort and then create the splits anew next month?
