  • This really sucks. I have an old shared savings account shared with my wife. We use it to save for furniture / home improvements. She used that account, not knowing there is a limit on it from now. I have another savings account that I use to save up and buy expensive items when I have saved enough. So I bought something this month. Now our 2 withdraws are used, and there is an emergency cash flow needed. I have an emergency cash flow saving account, but that one I cannot access now since the withdraws are limited to 2 spread over all accounts combined. Even with 2 user accounts and 1 business account ( and 4 savings accounts ) we only get 2 withdraws in total for everything :(

    • I now receive scheduled payment emails. But I want to disable these since my mailbox is already filling up. But I see no way to disable it. The unsubscribe button does not work.

      I’m really dislike the marketing of bunq stating that it saves me time. The many bugs and changes really takes on time..

        • Counting 72 ghost notifications badge count now..

          • For every donation I will spend an hour to work on Drupal core or contrib modules.
            If the amount is bigger than 10 euro’s I’ll spend the amount / 10 = x hours.
            If you prefer me working on a particular issue please let me know. But it has to be public and open source.

            • Make Drupal better. Drupal is used for a lot of non profit organizations. As developer I’ll spend my free time contributing to drupal so the non profits can spend their money on their goals and less on their website.

              • As business owner I transfer money from my business account to my private account.

                I can sort incoming payments from not owned accounts, but when I transfer from business to my private account I can not auto sort this.

                This would save me a few minutes every month.
                The only option now is to schedule, but that feels like old school

                For developers: it’s like having a promise but implementing a wait.

                • Ratings are going down in the Apple App Store as well. They should have listened to their beta test feedback!

                  • Add-ons that I have installed are not visible. For instance I use auto vat, but it does not show up in my add-ons

                    • Tree amount is marked as solved for business users, but it still shows as 0 trees in my account

                      • Ik kan geen iDeal betalingen doen met mijn zakelijke rekening.
                        Heb de mogelijkheid niet meer om een incasso te accepteren.

                        Dat de UI is omgegooid is nog tot daar aan toe, dat er een klein bugje in zit zodat ik niet zie hoeveel bomen ik gepland heb is vervelend.

                        Dat de app vol met reclame zit terwijl ik al een premium en business supergreen user ben is heel storend.

                        Maar dat ik betalingen niet kan doen vind ik onacceptabel!
                        Ik kan zo toch geen business doen! De basis functionaliteit wat een bank moet kunnen werkt niet!
                        Waar betaal ik dan voor??

                        Ik heb al geprobeerd mijn accounts opnieuw toe te voegen, maar dat heeft helaas niet geholpen.

                        Support ticket krijg ik tot nu aan toe nog geen antwoord op.

                        • Since the update is so bad, do you want developers to develop a new app based on the api?

                          Was this the plan bringing out this update??

                          • Als developer ben ik een early adapter, ik houd van innovatie en daarom gekozen voor bunq. Maar deze update is niet goed getest, en de verandering heeft te veel slechte punten.
                            Ik heb een super green business abonnement, maar mijn zakelijke rekeningen werken niet lekker 🤧
                            Nee deze update had meer getest moeten worden, en vooral iets moeten doen met de feedback van hun beta test gebruikers.

                            • I thought is was all clear. But bunq changed the whole subscription system so now we are confused.

                              This is my use case:
                              I own a business account with a subscription cost of 9,99
                              I have a joint account with my wife. We both pay 4,99 a month for about the next 3 months.
                              In total ~20 euro a month.

                              Just before the whole subscription model was changes, my wife bought a green card.
                              So she should have a supergreen subscription free of charge until march 2021

                              Now when our joint account subscription ends, I want to change to pack for all the above subscriptions

                              But if we change will my wife still get the discount for her supergreen subscription?
                              And can we set this up so that the subscription changes to pack automatically?
