  • @Jakob-Y#226723 Apart from what did say or didn't say. I did find that one report page myself but didn't use it for this situation as it asked for another bunq user's details. The page could be much clearer or at least more 'general' instead of suggesting it's exclusively made to report other bunq users. I'm now in contact with customer support through Twitter. Thank you

    • @Jakob-Y#226533 I've been getting text messages too but it's not a bunq user as far as I know. Why is there only a way to report other users? That's absurd. It's also in Bunqs interest of knowing about these phishing situations and taking actions towards their customers to keep them safe (if not for making sure the Bunq brand imagine isn't harmed any further than it already is)

      • I've been getting phishing text messages from someone/some account who claims to be Bunq. There's absolutely no easy way to report this to the Bunq customer support team which I find very strange.

        • I have sorted an incoming payment from an ING account two months ago. I'm the owner/creator of a (what was formerly known as a) joint account I have together with my wife. After about a day I created the sort I haven't been able to edit it. There is no edit button at all. It's recurring every month. My wife is able to edit the sort. The customer support keeps treating this issue like it's been solved or its due to user permissions/transfer type/sending bank account, and subsequently closes the support tickets which is extremely frustrating. I'm on the latest iOS and on the latest bunq app version. I've rebooted my device, deleted and reinstalled the app but nothing seems to make the sort editable.

          Anyone else have this issue?

            • @bunq#159927 What are the benefits of premium of the account that was previously known as joint (minus the fact that it was a personal account)?

              • I signed up two months ago for a joint account which me and my partner have been using since. What happens to that account and the associated IBANs? What amount will I be paying? This update brings along so many questions and much uncertainty.
