  • I'm still missing a search function to quickly find a discussion in any support ticket, open or closed, and would also want to re-open a ticket for an issue that was promised to be fixed soon but wasn't. When there are multiple chats open, you don't know their topics as you cannot name them and don't even see a ticket number.

    • With Update 26, Bunq introduced an eSIM from BetterRoaming without better rates than if you bought straight from the vendor. Do they get a bonus for every referral that they pass on to their Bank Pro XL users in form of a data voucher? Anyways. What you get is a service not better ranked on Trustpilot than Nomad eSIM or Airalo. Pricing is comparable to the latter but when purchasing Europe as a region, some Balkan countries are excluded. For example Bosnia-Herzegovina and Montenegro require you to go Global. No hassle-free traveling.
Bunq should focus on their core functions, fix bugs and bring back Tap & Pay for consumers instead of cooperating with dubious third-party services and marketing them as "Save 90% on roaming fees" without a reference and suggesting you would save heavily compared to the service's default plans 😡

      • With Bunq Update 26, they introduced stocks trading starting with Dutch and French users. The first 3 months is fee-free up to 100,000 EUR. The issue will be thereafter when they charge at least a 0.5% fee on any buy and sell order which is way beyond competitors such as neobrokers TradeRepublic, Scalable Capital or Trader's Place – but even ING will give a better deal in most cases. I hope they dare to apply for an independent comparison test. Yet again an uncompetitively priced product as we could already see in the interest rate for the savings accounts which is 2.16% compared to the ECB's overnight rate of 3.50% in 09/2024.

        • Since you removed the very useful Tap & Pay feature that made your users independent from US tech giants Google and Apple when paying with virtual cards, users are now required to hand over their data to US servers. It is crucial for the adoption of Wero that banks and merchants collaborate. I would very much like to avoid US companies for privacy reasons and instead, support a European-wide payment method.
