  • @Esther-Orange-Unicorn#154079 Did you even have a bunq Joint account? I never saw the questions asked but I'm sure that it was about planting trees, not losing the Joint account. Many Joint customers were happy to pay the 100€ yearly fee to help make the planet greener (including me). Now I'm losing my Joint subscription, my partner has to pay for a Premium membership and I have to pay double the yearly amount for my Green Card...

    • @bunq#153825 Hey bunq! This is very disappointing to be honest. You claim that you have overwhelming support from your clients but I was personally never asked to give my opinion. You also claim that it's simpler but it's not I don't understand one bit, except the fact that I will pay more. I don't even know what will happen to my partner?
      I'm lost, confused and sad...

      • @WJanson#136986 Maybe a way to request a printable stamp when it's time to recycle?

        • In a green effort, it would be great for bunq to send a prepaid envelope alongside new cards in order to send our card back to a recycling facility when it's no longer working or expired.

          • @R#136380 I'm sorry but bunq is cheap! This is what the features I have with bunq would cost at my traditional bank (which is one of the cheapest bank in my country)

            €120/year for 3 debit cards
            €300/year for 25 bank accounts

And this is without thinking about the fees for withdrawing money or paying in a non-euro currency.

            • This is a brilliant idea @WJanson#136306! I love your design proposition :)
What if we go even further with a Green Card community of people who want to get rid of things they don't use anymore without having to throw them away (for obvious green reasons). Posts can be geolocated and people would see relevant offers depending on their location

+1: As someone already said in this post: make it easy to give to Green non-profits and having ready to send tax form to apply for tax deduction.

              • @Robin-Blue-Cheetah#135348 Yes please insurance would be nice for the price

                • @Gianguido#134823 oh god no. N26 is the least innovating mobile bank ever... Being a bunq user I don't see why someone would choose N26 over bunq...

                  • @dashatkeiner#134879 bunq is already offering offline payments up to €250... I'm not sure I fully understand you but it would be great to scan an offline payment ticket so that bunq would automatically reserve the money so that you don't overuse your funds!

                    • @Bastiaan#132670 Thanks for the list! And my ambitious self thought that Instant SEPA would be as easy as a normal SEPA transfer ha ha

                      • Hey guys,
I currently have an account at two French banks that supports Instant SEPA. I can send money instantly between the two but not to and from bunq. Do you guys have the same issue with your local banks?

                        • @Heiko-Hartwig#131339 Hey! There's no allowed countries list in N26. You can just toggle foreign countries payments on and off (and it's on for me)

                          • @Sebastien-Olive-Penguin#130981 Merci pour le compliment 🙌 je passe le mot à l'équipe pour la traduction de la page bunq.to

                            • Hey guys! I've been trying to top up my account with my N26 card but always get an error message saying that the other bank has cancelled the transaction. Am I the only one in this case?

                              • @Jakob#117084 yes I love the idea of. It would make much more sense than the "go back in time" feature because it would be instant :)
