  • The bubbles on the Community tab are spaced differently than on the other pages. They are lower on the screen.

    • On Android 10, the new version of the app is missing its icon on Android's system screens. For example, in the running apps overview bunq shows a generic Android icon, not bunq's icon. This happens throughout Android 10. The icon is correct in the launcher.

      • There's a bug when trying to change the account picture. It's possible to select a photo and continue to the screen to give the account a name, but on this screen the selected photo isn't displayed, instead showing a random icon. The button "I like it" to confirm changes cannot be clicked. In effect, it's impossible to change the picture or the name.

        • After the version 15 update I once again have a ghost notification badge showing 3 notifications that cannot be found anywhere...

          • Within 10 minutes of using version 15 I already encountered 5 bugs. One bug was even in one of the previous app versions and was later solved. Are these releases tested before they go live?

            • Like title: all connects with business accounts stopped.

              • Yes, not working (Android 10).

                • Just as the title says: subscriptions of shared accounts are not showing in the subscription overview.

                  • In this new update, on the overview screen my business name is now replaced by own name. This has been a big in one of the previous versiond which was corrected some updates ago. Now it's broken again.

                    • I have a merged overview of personal and business accounts. With this new update it shows my bunq.me link settings under both my personal and business accounts, and also under a shared connect account. So 3 times in total on the overview screen. Why?

                      • Today's update doesn't solve this. Several accounts still not showing up after the update. And they aren't available to select under Visible accounts or Total balance settings.

                        • @Pain-blue-quokka#198476 Exactly the same thing happened after releasing V14. I reported the bug on Thursday, but Support didn't acknowledge there was a bug then...

                          • Fingerprint login stopped altogether after merging accounts, throws error at every attempt, and then I got blocked for too many login attempts. After manually disabling and enabling fingerprint in the bunq app it now works again. All in all, this merging process isn't flawless unfortunately.

                            • So Support told me to manually merge accounts. I did, and then all my business card settings defaulted to my personal primary IBAN. To change that, it asks me to login with my fingerprint of my personal account, but then it won't accept that. I need to click cancel on the fingerprint screen and enter my access code. Aarghh. Why all these annoyances?

                              • After today's update, business accounts are missing from the Me tab. They are under Visible accounts and Total balance settings and can be selected or deselected, but nothing happens on the Me tab. This bug was also present when V14 was launched, and was corrected afterwards. @bunq please correct this again.

                                • @Navy-Panther#192995 Right now it's not even hours, it's days. And when they ask a follow-up question and you don't respond within a few minutes you're back in line, and another support agent picks up, and another, and another.

                                    Still makes no sense at all...

                                    • @pbruins84#192998 Yes, it's impossible to read text on images since bunq uses both black and white text on the same tile. This has been mentioned for weeks now, but is still not fixed in today's update. Do bunq actually use their app themselves? Hardly seems so, otherwise they would have recognized by now that some features just don't work.
