  • perhaps i lost my believe in the helpdesk a little to soon, a few days after I wrote in this discussion group the helpdesk solved the problem. Thanks!

    • I have been very disappointed in BUNQ. Explained the situation several times, talked to many employees and people see the problem. I got excuses, more excuses and even more excuses over and over again. Then there will be an employee who does not read in and then I can start all over again.

      I have an account with Bunq and Forex. Recently I asked Forex to deposit money into my account. I need this money now. I did that by requesting to send it to my Bunqcard. However, this led Bunq on January 27, 2020 that € 398.01 was debited from my account instead of CREDITED. This money is still fixed at BUNQ to this day and has not been refunded by BUNQ.

      In addition, Forex transferred the same amount of € 398.01 to my account by bank transfer. This money WASN'T ALSO put into my account. Only when Forex sent me an ARN code. BUNQ saw their mistake and deposited € 398.01 into my account. That was February 28, 2020

      The € 398.01 that was incorrectly debited from my account on February 27 is still available in the BUNQ package. “We’ve submitted your refund request. We’re waiting for approval. We’ll let you know the outcome within 2 days”… that is now already so many month ago.

      Is there someone here who can advise me what to do? Should i go to justice or go public on social media or? I lost my faith in the helpdesk...
