Guide on how to start your topic on Together

Hello there fellow bunqer!


Welcome on Together, a place where we share ideas, ask our questions and communicate with each other. A platform no other bank has to offer! Everyone can open up a new topic, but please keep the following things in mind to keep Together a nice place:

  1. Search before you start a new topic
    Many, really many questions have been asked before on Together and can be found through the search function on Together and also by using a search engine such as Google. This way you will have an answer faster than making a new topic for it. 


  2. Please give detailed information

    When opening a topic for your question or request, please give us detailed information about what is going wrong. 'It doesn't work' doesn't really tell us a lot. Are you getting a specific error? What is the thing that you're trying to do exactly? Are you a business or Premium user? The more you tell us, the less we'd have to additionally ask. This means we can help you faster! no oneliners please :)


  3. Please tell us what you have already tried

    If you've already tried to fix the problem you're having, it's informative to tell us these things, so we can help you out faster.


  4. Keep in mind that Together is a public forum

    On Together you will find enthusiastic bunq users who are willing to help others in their spare time. Please consider this, as you're asking your question. For very personal questions/information, please contact Private Support!


  5. Keep it friendly :)

    There is already a similar thread about this topic and we all came to the conclusion that the biggest problem right now is that the search is pretty much useless. I guess you used the search before creating this topic too, right? If it worked correctly you would have found this TOPIC.

      @TwitNour#88207 This just shows again that the search function is broken therefore it’s obvious that people keep creating new topics with the same matters since they don’t find any answers with the search in the first place. Furthermore the search function is extremely hidden which makes it even harder for new users to find it.

        Soweit ich weiß gibt es in der App gar keine Suchfunktion auf Together?
        Zumindest habe ich bis dato noch keine gefunden :-(

          @Heda#88239 I agree with you, but imagine someone new here on bunq, wandering through Together. Would they ever have found that topic? Probably not 😕 Also, my post is not the same as the one you've enclosed in the message. That one is only about oneliners, which is only one part of the problem.

            @Mike1975#88245 when you hit the “Ask A Question” button you enter a title/your question, then the search engine will immediately try (emphasis on try) to find the related articles. 👍🙂

                @TwitNour#88250 Do you think your topic will be found in a day or two or three from now? So you need to create this exact same topic every week (which is exactly what we all don’t want, multiple threads every day with the same topic) to remind people to use the search which clearly like I said a) is too hidden and b) is not working properly. People don’t even know the search exists because bunq hid it that well. Just look at the comment above. „No clue that there even is a search.“

                  Let me start by saying that there a many things that could be improved on the Together platform to enhance the user experience (and find things more easily)👍 We are working on that 💪

                  Having that said, I fully agree with you that bunqers 🌈 themselves also can help to improve the experience. So High Five 👐🏼 on all the pointers you gave!

                  So let's make Together great again ;)

                    Vaak is een topic al gesloten en kan men geen reactie meer geven.
                    Dan zit er niets ander op dan een nieuwe te starten.
                    Heb al gemerkt dat er dan een stuk minder reacties op komen.

                      @Alex-Blue-Falcon#88324 In such cases that's fine and we are happy to reopen the topic. But we still close it then and redirect you back to the old topic highfives do not get lost, that would be a shame of everyone showing their interest in my opinion. 🙂👍
