Bitte Web-App endlich erweitern!!! Wie soll man als Unternehmer effizient arbeiten? Verstehe ich nicht.... bitte mehr Druck!

    @PKS#152745 Ho fatto molta pressione fino al punto che mi hanno chiesto di stare zitto! Non credo che bunq ha l’idea di creare una versione web completa! Noi come azienda siamo passati a un’altra banca! Uso bunq solo come privato!

      @alessandroalise#152753 you can always leave your feedback, but you're not the only customer here. bunq will definitely consider that you want a more extended web-version, but that doesn't guarantee in any way that it will become reality. bunq simply has more customers than just you, all with their own wishes. Yes, I also think the web-version could use some love. But apparently the average customer doesn't care too much about it. Then you can ask about it every week (just a random number, I have no insight in how often you asked) but that won't make things go any faster.. 😉

                I don’t understand why ‘Direct Debit’ transactions are hidden in Bunq web. It tells me to open the bunq app.

                A few times that I was working on my computer I thought ‘hey let me try bunq web maybe that’s more convenient’.

                For:
                - check transactions
                - download statements
                - get creditcard info

                All were unavailable or incomplete.

                It’s promising but I do not see the point of the current state. Especially since you need to login with the app before you can do anything in Bunq app.

                It would be great to have a slim web version with minimal access to features that need less security (view transactions and balance) but use easier login (remember device and allow passcode for access).

                    I've been trying to use bunq web to reconcile bunq transactions in my desktop accounts application as I thought it'd be 'easy with bunq' i.e. everything on the same device and the ability to copy and paste account numbers, dates, and amounts etc.

                    But wherever a scheduled transaction occurs the web entry displays a message referring me to the bunq mobile app.

                    So bunq web seems a bit pointless at the moment as I still have to fiddle about with my phone to get very basic transaction information. Are there any plans to improve this?
