  • I've been trying to use bunq web to reconcile bunq transactions in my desktop accounts application as I thought it'd be 'easy with bunq' i.e. everything on the same device and the ability to copy and paste account numbers, dates, and amounts etc.

But wherever a scheduled transaction occurs the web entry displays a message referring me to the bunq mobile app.

So bunq web seems a bit pointless at the moment as I still have to fiddle about with my phone to get very basic transaction information. Are there any plans to improve this?

      • Hi people, I am looking for a spot in a bunq pack please.

        • The 'time saved' calculation is wrong. After spending days trying to find everything, and then writing it down so I won't forget, it should be showing a negative figure shouldn't it?

          • @Freek#168791 Its OK. Pretty soon we'll all be automatically upgraded to a renamed supergreen at double our current subscription, and if we're lucky, get 3 months free...

            • @bunq#168033 Shouldn't that be before' the release of V3?

              • You should contact support via the app. You will (currently) find it under the help section at the top of the page.

You should have had a response within a day (or two, or three)

How long it takes after you have reported it depends on the problem.

                • There used to be a post about formatting codes that can be used in Together posts. I can't find it.
e.g. I mean the ability to use <b>bold</b> or similar markup to display bold text.
Can anyone point me in the right direction. Thanks

                  • @Jos-Golden-Unicorn#166518 Yes. I seem to remember that the reasoning behind the high price for premium was because it included everything.

                    • A tag/label system could work. You could add multiple tags to an account, or a transaction, and view all transactions labelled with a particular tag by choosing the tag from your personal list of tags. The tags can be created on the fly.

                      • This would be useful. I have a sub-account I use for dining out. I put more than enough cash in to cover the meal and afterwards return the remainder to my stash account. It would save time if I didn't have to go back a step to remind myself how much remains. A further enhancement could be that tapping the amount would automatically enter it.

                        • I'm sorry John, I disagree. Its supposed to be a banking app, not a video game.

                          • @Adriankor#165186 That's a good idea. It complements the dual PIN feature. For day to day use we would have the dual PIN to swap between often used sub-accounts (e.g. personal and houshold, and the one-time-use card/account pairing for occaisional use (e.g car repair) A few times I have forgotten to change back the sub-account associated with my card and had to perform a manual transfer between sub-accounts.

                            • I agree that Transferwise is probably the cheapest and fastest option.
