I would love to trade stocks in the bunq app!

    4 months later

I would love that too! We need a feature like that asap

Bunq app is already kinda bloated. Plz let a bank app be a bank app.

@CoolTomatos#130923 100% agree. There are other things bunq needs to implement that are more important than stock trading

I don't like this being added as the choice of a broker is made on different criteria like fees, availability of different stock-markets, availability of different ETFs with different options to have a savings plan on those, etc...

Adding this to bunq would be a HUGE task and it's pretty likely that they wouldn't have the best conditions for everyone - so I wouldn't like that.

But I think it would be cool if there was a cooperation between bunq and different brokers in a way that the broker doesn't need to open a new bank-account as a reference but could use a bunq-account instead to buy stocks and pay dividends - I don't know how the legal situation is in this case though

            Please don't!

I love bunq for "minding their Bussines". Stock Market is'nt their Bussines, they just do (very good) Account and Card-Things.

In my Opinion, it would be horrible if bunq would become a N26 like "mh, maybe, we just do everything? Did you compare your Car-Insurance this year? Mh?" type on Bank.

And i think, that's what true Freedom (as in "Bank of the Free") means.
Them, just minding their Bussines, so you can use any Service that's minding his (Stock-Trading) Bussines.

But it would be very nice from bunq to partner e.g. with Degiro for connecting the trading account via SEPA Instant in both directions.

@Jens-Blue-Owl#131412 bunq to partner e.g. with Degiro

Well, or Degiro could just use any bank account that is compatible with Instant Payments and it would just work without any need for a special partnership (as long as Degiro then actually registers the transfer fast enough, but that is again something on their side). That's why it's a standard everyone can use, and bunq does so pretty well. Else we would have this discussion about every merchant ever in existence.

@Rick-Olive-Penguin#106724 Avec partenariat degiro par exemple. In app. Ca devrait être possible entre NL patriotes 😁

Yes it could be so awesome to make stocks trading in Bunq app 🙏🙏🤘😃
