Und was macht man, wenn sich diese Kartennummer mal ändern sollte? Im Prinzip die gleiche Arbeit. Zum Glück haben diese ja einen regulären BIN.

Cool, I got the email too!

Now I have a spare awesome shiny card to show off with! It doesn’t work though after I activated the replacement card, but hey, it still does work to show off with, doesn’t it?

Or does the old card stop working for showing off after I activate the new card?

On a more serious note: great job owning your fault (or Mastercards’ fault) and solving it for your bunqers! Can’t say I see many companies owning and solving such a problem like this.

@Daniel-Cyan-Unicorn-4176558904#110399 check your spam folder and otherwise contact the Support chat 💬, all Russian cards should be replaced as far as I know, but they can tell for sure. Mails are typically sent in batches due to the volume of mails. 🙂

@Dirk-Green-Eagle#110418 you don't, until you have the card. Wait patiently, the card will arrive soon enough, and then you can activate it. (you can find this in the FAQ as well).

I just wonder why I never receive those messages from bunq in my email?
Must say I think all the efforts you make to get the best coverage with the travelcard is a good thing. Even if it means replacing the already issued cards. 👍🏻

@MarJamJars#110436 you can ask the Support chat 💬 to check why you didn’t get the email. Could be that your card is not in the batch that is being replaced or that the mail is still coming or... who knows. 🙂

Also ich habe auch bis dato keine E-Mail erhalten, aber da ich sie sowieso kostenlos noch mal bestellen kann, werde ich dies nun tun.
Oder kann es sein, dass ich deshalb keine E-Mail bekam, weil meine Karte eventuell gar nicht davon betroffen ist?
Aber da ich sie auch gleich am Anfang bestellt habe als sie neu rauskam, gehe ich mal schon davon aus ;-)

@Mike1975#110451 Also bei mir kam eine Nachricht, vielleicht mal im Spam-Ordner nachschauen.
Die neuen Karten werden jedoch automatisch versendet und benötigen keine manuellen Bestellungen, somit müsste deine noch funktionieren.

Wenn du dir jedoch unsicher bist, würde ich einfach mal den Support anschreiben.

Support habe ich längst angeschrieben.
