  • Hi there,
After the initial shock of the upgrade which was terrifying, I'll try to gather my thoughs:
    - "Withdraw all money" should really be under an account and not under a card. I was looking everywhere for this option and finally found it accidentally.
    - Once you enter a card's screen, there are 3 different areas with settings or actions: the gear, the "i" and the lightning button, plus some of the bubbles which are clickable and hide some more actions. For example to change CVC you go under "i", but to change PIN you go under "gear". I guess I will eventually get used to it, but for now I have to click everywhere until i finally find what I'm looking for. I would prefer if all actions were gathered under a common action button.
    - The most common use of the app is to view your recent transactions. Therefore, it would be nice to view directly my account(s) and most recent transactions when I log in. There is one unnecessary click under "me". Even more so if I'm not entitled to sub-accounts, so I only have this one account to manage.
    - Money saved, CO2 saved, time saved and all the "us" section should really be hidden further down the menus. I understand the purpose-driven approach but really these are mere stats and secondary functions, which can be disorienting at the time you want to do some fast & serious banking through the app. They shouldn't clutter all the main screens.
    - The app should really understand what you already have. For example, not promote a Travel card when you already have one.
    - Tap and pay should work for anybody, even free / travel accounts. Some would even go as far as not having a physical plastic card if we could have a tap and pay virtual one. And this is the green approach you should be promoting.
    - A disposable card would be nice, although the CVC regeneration option of the virtual card is adding a security layer to online transactions.
    - Once you get into an option, the selection bar with "me, us, profile, camera" gets hidden and you need to use the "back" arrow. I'd prefer if you kept the main navigation elements throughout the app.
