Ik voel me een beetje bedonderd.. Dacht na de 3 maanden free trial weer terug te kunnen gaan naar het pakket wat ik ervoor had. Dit kan dus niet meer..!

Net zo enthousiast als toen ik in November 2015 klant werd heb ik nu op de Premium Subscription geklikt. Kan niet meer terug. Gejaild bij de 'bank of the free’. Betaalde nog steeds per pin-transactie en betaalpas. Als klant van het eerste uur was ik daar trots op.

Tot maandag mijn enthousiasme gedeeld en heel veel vrienden en familie klant bij Bunq gemaakt. Om mij heen zag ik steeds meer regenboog-gekleurde pinpassen, geweldig om te zien. Dat is nu voorbij. Te duur en buiten jullie basisprincipes getreden, 180 graden gedraaid! Alleen betalen wat je gebruikt, remember?

Het nieuwe ‘Netflix’ model, zoals het in de media wordt genoemd. Laat me niet lachen. Ondanks ik met smart op een Bunq Mastercard zat te wachten. Maar wat heb ik aan een 2e mastercard waar ook nog niet eens een aankoopverzekering opzit? Waarom zou ik voor Android NFC moeten betalen als ik een iPhone heb? En wat heb ik aan 25 rekeningen? Alleen Sinterklaas heeft 25 rekeningen nodig.

De plank misslaan terwijl jullie zo goed op weg waren. Zo zonde dit!

At the end of the Test i will leave bunq.

Before beginning the test i had a Maestro Card and 3 Accounts. After end of the Test i will loose this all, if i change back to free Account.

But without Card, bunq is not usable.

N26 is a better Alternative.

Free Account with free Maestrocard and free Mastercard.

Nothinggg is free, not even at N26. You always pay the price.. with something.

It depends on your needs what you choose ... so "BLABLABLA is better" is just a "BLABLABLA is better for me"

Yes, let people upgrade and then block the downgrade to their old functionality is a marketing trick.

You can downgrade to the actual free, it's not Blocked

Imrö, I think Maurice means you can not go back to the old free functionality: 10 accounts and the possibility to have a maestro card for 1 euro per month. The new free is just one account.

I think you do keep all the accounts you had created when you downgrade to Free. But cards are indeed not possible.

Ok Anderesen, but makes no sense. I can also not go back to an Old mobile rate if the rate dosn't exists anymore ^^

And no Jonathan, i think you will loose all Accounts too. But would be interesting how this works.

Otherwise a member can create 25...because he want them... and go back to free... but uses all IBANs...

Otherwise what would you imagine? The balance of all your 25 potential accounts is lumped together into one account as soon as you downgrade? Possible I guess, but pretty sure this doesn’t happen.

Helemaal mee eens... Ik moest er ook bij toeval achterkomen via de Supportchat. Zolang er geen normale account is om op terug te vallen beschouw ik premium niet als een eerlijk product.

En nee free is geen optie. Bunq is mijn enige betaalrekening dus free is waardeloos voor mij.

That is interesting, tho. So if I go back to free, I keep the 12 or so accounts I have in my Premium now, and this will be free? But no cards. Well, I do not really need cards .....

But then, in a way, you can go back to the old free (more accounts), just the card is no longer possible.
