Seriously, nothing has been done with the feedback from the beta testers.. Everyone, even my parents, don’t like how the v3 app works and looks..

Why pushing all the tree stuff when I’m already paying for premium?! Why removing a day light mode?! Why releasing an app full of bugs?! Why don’t you listen to your most value customers, the one that always supports you and used to spread the bunq love..

• Cut the marketing talk inside the app
• Light mode
• Own account images
• Make the + consistent
• Hide the 3 balls/circles on top of the me tab
• Cards should have a own tab
  And that’s just the top of the iceberg..

@Giany-Indigo-Lion#166885 Dan wordt gewoon de chip op de pas gelezen. Magneetstrip wordt in europa niet meer gebruikt (tenzij je een pas buiten de EU hebt).

@Giany-Indigo-Lion#166873 In europa is de magneetstrip op passen standaard uitgeschakeld. Buiten europa zou het nog gebruikt kunnen worden (maar dat is steeds minder het geval).

The magnetic strip is automatically enabled & disabled based on the country you are in. In Europe it's disabled; the chip should always be used.

@Giany-Indigo-Lion#166846 Als ik het goed heb wordt de magneetstrip niet meer gebruikt. Betalen is alleen nog mogelijk met NFC of met de chip op de pas zelf.

Thanks, but what about the previous “membership” for the metal card of €99 per year? That’s no longer available? So if I want a metal card now, I need to pay €108 a year?

Bunq, and not the mods (you are doing a great job!), should really improve the communication.

When I want to order a Metal Card it says that if I stay another year, I will get the metal card for free. But on the next screen it says I need a extra subscription of €9 per month!

How does this work, will the €9 be refunded? Otherwise the card wouldn’t be free, would it?
