• Is the Metal Card free now?

Hi!

When I want to order a Metal Card it says that if I stay another year, I will get the metal card for free. But on the next screen it says I need a extra subscription of €9 per month!

How does this work, will the €9 be refunded? Otherwise the card wouldn’t be free, would it?

        Thanks, but what about the previous “membership” for the metal card of €99 per year? That’s no longer available? So if I want a metal card now, I need to pay €108 a year?

        Bunq, and not the mods (you are doing a great job!), should really improve the communication.

          @mnvr1991#152873 they are squeezed together (Premium and the "Green Card" (now rebranded as Metalcard)). The combined price of the two is a bit higher than before (no clue why).. maybe to keep all prices end with €xx,99 🤣

            @mnvr1991#152873 Hi Michael, if you want a Metal Card, you can now subscribe to the Premium SuperGreen subscription, we've listened to our users who were 81% to vote for planting trees with all cards. To do so, we had to simplify our subscriptions scheme and you can now plant trees with every card on your account for 16,99 euros/month :)

            The Metal Card is free if you keep your subscription for at least 1 year :)

              @Sander#152899 @bunq Thanks! But what if I cancel my subscription after 1 year? Can I keep the metal card, and if I only have 3 cards active (metal card included), don’t have to pay extra?

                @mnvr1991#152912 Well that is what it says, it says you can keep the card after 12 months. So no more need to pay €396/4 years, but €108/4 years to get the metal card.

                That’s essentially what that order text says right now. :)
