• Payment Sorter editing not possible on joint accounts

I have something strange. When I configure the auto sort feature, so my salary is sorted between all my bunq savings accounts this works. When I try to 'edit' the amounts, I don't have the 'edit' options when I press the 'View Sort Settings' in the app. Tried it on several devices, but both show the 'old' interface, where I can only 'Cancel Future Sortings' and 'Show History'.

Anyone an idea what can be the issue? Already removed the bunq app from my phone and reinstalled the app....but this does not solve the problem.

    To clarify, Helmer like me has a “View Sort Setting” button in the screen of the initially sorted payment:


    Which leads to an overview screen with the current sorting setup and an edit button, which he does not have for some reason.

      And than you can change the sort settings like in next picture here. Even add budget to an account which received €0 before.

        @DaveFlash#148353 That is correct! I don't have that screen. Not on the iPhone, iPad nor the Android tablet. Installed the app fresh from the Play Store on my Android device...so it should not be an app version problem. Looks like an 'account related' issue to be honest.

          @Helmer#148360 I suspect some sort of account level A/B-testing going on here, would be nice if bunq could clarify for us. To repeat: we are all running bunq app version 13.3.1. So that shouldn’t be the problem in this case.

            Hi! I’m also not able to edit the sort settings I made.. No edit button, no way to change the amounts.

                  Currently, sorted payments received on a Joint sub-account cannot be edited. This will be fixed in the upcoming releases. 👍 🌈

                    @Eman#148430 Great! In that case, make sure that the other party in a joint account can add their personal account to the mix :)

                        I still can't sort an incoming payment on a shared account so that I can divide between my accounts and my partners accounts. Would love this feature!
