  • New travel card, old problems

The replacement travel card was denied on Elvetino (SBB train restaurant service), cathay pacific inflight WiFi service and Trenitalia on board POS.
I’m so disappointed.. :(

    @Xavi#117627 Using the card on an airplane can be tricky, because you don't always know in which country the terminal is registered, and which country you need to enable for your card.

      Sorry to hear that your card is not working as expected. We're working hard to make sure you get the best acceptance possible, and continually looking into improving our cards.

      Could you let me know a few extra details about the failed attempts:
      - Did you insert the card, swipe or use contactless?
      - Was there any message you remember on the terminal when the payment failed?
      - Did you receive any messages in the app?

        It sounds like those could all have been offline terminals. Have you used your TravelCard in an online terminal before these?

          Manchmal wäre ich froh, wenn die Nutzer auch berichten würden welche Fehlermeldung sie erhalten haben.
          Postings ala "es geht nicht, ich bin enttäuscht", helfen leider niemanden weiter. 😒
