    a year later

The link to information about local sim card options contains rather out of date info. For example Telia's Super card has a great Super X tariff and you are not limited to topping up by SEPA as you can top up with a bankcard within their Super app, which available thru Google Play Store

As for ATM. Apart from SEB and Swedbank, you should also be able to use Luminor bank.

      4 months later

Cash withdrawals are available to the bunqers at the following ATMs:

      • LHV Pank
      • Luminor/LHV
      • Swedbank
      • SEB
      • Citadele

The ATMs in Estonia will never charge any fee for cash withdrawals.

Min. €5 and max. €1000 per transaction can be obtained from an ATM in Estonia. €5, €10, €20 and €50 notes are dispensed.

Retailers are generally prohibited from refusing to accept €100, €200 and €500 notes which are all legal tender, so if they have ready the required change to be given they will definitely accept the notes of large face value. Should you be buying anything of €1.00 price, the change of €499.00 will be made available for you.
