Alexander-Gray-Puma Although I have not come across many of these codes, I think they will come up more often in the future (eg collections). A specific QR code per bank / app does not seem ideal to me and given the size of iDeal I see that it is more likely to become a standard than a QR code of Bunq .
bunq has already removed its general QR codes. In the past you could generate a QR for others to scan. But now you only use QRs to confirm your identity with, for example, an iDEAL payment or log in to bunq 's web application. The standard that bunq now supports is the SEPA QR code, which also works outside the Netherlands and ensures that a regular transfer is made. 🙂
