Hellow I have set on like automatic payment who take every month from my account 15 eiro so I wanna switch it off how can I do thet?
Go to Events tab.
In the top press in scheduled.
There press on your payment.
Then press on Cancel scheduled payment.

Well, I want to stop a automatic payment but with the new App I don't see the things above. I open de app and go to the respective account. There I see two lines, one line with the last transaction and another line, looking like a planning If I open the last transaction there is nothing like a planning, also in the second line (without an amount) there is noting to see where i can stop the recurring payment. please help
Robert In my app (IOS) there is an option to cancel future payments, after selecting the scheduled payment. (In red letters) You can also find the scheduled payments bij selecting the subaccount, going to settings and click on scheduled payments. But it works the same.

I can't seem to cancel a scheduled payment on Android. I follow through to the settings menu of the IBAN i pay it from, and press the scheduled payment, but there is no button to cancel it... Is this a bug? It is very annoying.

Ich habe das gleiche Problem. Es gibt bei Android die Möglichkeit "Zukünftige Zahlungen abbrechen" nicht mehr. Hat jemand eine Idee?
Man könnte als schlechten workaround die kommende Zahlung auf einen Cent und gleichzeitig als letzte Zahlung für den gleichen Tag festlegen. Dann wundert sich nur der Empfänger wegen des großzügigen Trinkgeldes.

Endless amount of optioms but thr most basic is failing, quite sad when one has a company account and paying monthly....

You can still cancel any recurring payment by accessing your account on an iOS device or through the API access, as it‘s apparently only a problem with the Android client, not with the backend.
