  • Export receipts/PDF with a bank statement

I can only upvote this. Added all my receipts to the hundreds of transactions and send the exports to my tax advisor. Well, none of the PDFs showed up (just the pictures) resulting into a faulty tax statement that cost me a lot of money. Please Bunq, fix this or at least display a warning. I moved my book keeping away from Bunq now after burning my fingers on it.

    Guys, another one who had high expectations and was thrilled about this feature only to be let down... is anybody of the Bunq staff actually reading this? Could you give us some insights what is going on with this thing? It's not exactly a new problem...

      I have the same issue, and I didn't get any proper response from Bunq Team yet. It was a feature that we relied on it and suddenly it is not working anymore. Do you guys have the same issue?

        I'm very dissapointed! This feature was working very well and all of a sudden it's gone! Why was I scanning my receipt then! BUNQ team please respond with a proper solution!

          I am alarmed this is missing! its the end of year tax time and I have been taking photos of my receipts all year. Not happy bunq!! This is enough for me to move to a more business friendly service.

                Still missing a solution to this issue! Is there no way to get the export pdf statement WITH receipts back?

                  @Milan-Grey-Starfish#276025 No, not at the moment. Best to report this to bunq support.

                    @Bluewave-Design-Navy-Eagle#130723 Bump on this idea.... this cannot be a difficult feature to build and a lot of freelancers using business accounts would benefit from it.

                      Also missing this feature, seems logical. What is the use of uploading a receipt if you can’t export them for a period?

                        @Bluewave-Design-Navy-Eagle#130723 Thanks so much for all the feedback! You're right, it's absolutely an important feature for businesses especially. So we brought it back! You can now export bank statements including your attached photos too

                          @David-Brown-Kiwi#284854 awesome; however when exported to pdf, only some invoices or receipts were exported not all. Is this a bug? Or is there another way?

                            @Lemur#288624 Hey Barend πŸ‘‹

                            Thanks for reaching out about this! Can you share a little more detail about the issue? You exported a bank statement and some invoices and/or receipts were not included for the time period selected - is this correct?

                            Please check out some more information on exporting statements, here, and, if this doesn't resolve your issue, please reach out to support with as many details as possible about the situation so they can help you determine if it's a bug 🌈
