  • [FIXED] Setting VAT aside automatically does not work

Sorry to hear that AutoVAT does not work for you as is intended. In order to provide you with a smooth experience we are incrementally improving AutoVAT. In the app release of today we have fixed the 2100% bug, that happened in some cases. We also cleared up the user interface to make AutoVAT easier than ever to set up.

    Even een update. Met dank aan Peter werkt het nu wel. Het was voor mij niet helemaal duidelijk hoe het goed in te stellen. Ik heb van Peter begrepen dat het vanaf de update nu ook duidelijker zal zijn hoe het goed in te stellen.

      Mijn partner en ik hebben allebei een business account en auto VAT aan en bij ons werkt het ook niet. Hopelijk krijgen jullie het euvel snel boven?!

            Yes, auto VAT heeft niet gewerkt voor mijn laatste betaling!

              Hi de percentage met BTW opzij zetten het klopt niet,dus het het maar gedeactiveerd.

                @Cruzario-Logistics-Orange-Shark#147188 Voor de zekerheid: 21% btw van 100 euro is 17,355% oftewel 17,36euro, niet 21 euro.

                  Werkt dit al want bij sinds het begin en elke update die er is geweest nog niet namelijk. Waarom features maken en releasen die niet werken??

                    This is an old bug that was fixed already. It's not excluded there's a new issue with the AutoVAT feature and we can take a look at if for you. Can you please make a bug report within the app, including as many details as possible and providing a screenshot/short video recording, so we can further escalate this to our developers. You can see how to do this here.
