Nogmaals kijk naar de reacties. Het zegt wel wat dat klanten zo losgaan nu. Op diverse fora ook. Los van het feit dat Bunq zelf wel even een bericht had kunnen uit laten gaan omtrent de iOS gebruikers. Zie net dat apps met wel vertragingen teruggaand naar 7 november worden goedgekeurd door Apple. Misschien handig om deze gebruikers gerust te stellenz

Green card die wel een hele boom per €100 belooft te planten en komt verder zonder enige verdere speciale voordelen. Dit allemaal boven op de kosten van bunq premium en die kaart zelf.

Nee dank je, metalen kaart is vet maar voor deze prijs zie ik er echt geen reden voor... Dacht dat bunq het anders wou doen dan andere banken, valt dit überhaupt wel binnen de filosofie van bunq?

Ik kan geen kaart aanvragen. Staat namelijk niet als optie bij mijn passen.

Ik zou graag de metalen kaart willen, maar 99 EUR per jaar vind ik te veel. Dan geeft ik dat liever uit aan een American Express Flying Blue goldcard waar ik flink wat Flying Blue miles heb, verzekeringen voor reizen, bagage en vertraging, verzekeringen voor producten etc.

Se si vuole fare profitto non bisogna nasconderlo dietro iniziative green

Ci molti shop che acquistando da loro piantano alberi con tanto di documentazione fotografica

Se volevano dare una carta di metallo e i costi erano eccessivi bastava comunicarlo alla community e per trasparenza, visto che è uno dei cavalli di battaglia, dire chiaramente che non era proficuo e quindi inattuabile

Visto che abbiamo tirato fuori la gestione di banca faccio il cliente bancario: il prodotto non è interessante e pianterò gli alberi acquistando sui siti ecommerce che lo propongono

Weiß jemand ob man mit der Green Card nun kontaktlos bezahlen kann? Auf der Karte selbst scheint ja kein Symbol zu sein. Wäre sehr schade wenn dies nicht möglich ist.

It doesn't take a genius to realise that the response for this new endeavour is less than stellar. Disappointing, to be honest.

But hey, at least bunq could make use of the tons of ideas and suggestions that came up on the "Something great is coming..." topic. Plus the hackaton...

Beste Ali, Ik zou heel graag de optie hebben om een eigen (metal/black/green/foto) Maestro en creditcard kaart te bestellen zonder de koppeling aan vage klimaatdoelen. Door deze koppeling ontstaat frustratie en teleurstelling want de klant vraagt hier absoluut niet om. Graag je antwoord.

€99 for a metal card?? Really? No thanks

When I checked your website at midnight... I was simply disappointed. SO much fanfare for basically nothing when there are so many things far more important to the majority of bunq users then a metal card. I mean its subscription and I don't get what warrants a yearly subscription fee (that applies to all metal cards across EU vendors) when its basically people making advertisement for your premium products. This is just a glorified travel card but ten-fold the initial fee (since the travel card only is 9.99 EUR when requesting one not a yearly sub). Compared to other vendors like revolut or N26 the metal bunq doesn't offer any benefits, goodies or benefits. No insurance, WeWork or so... nothing... I find myself (since ABN now has Apple Pay) to tend more towards my existing Bank Account. Bunq really missed an opportunity to stand out. Also, for existing Premium Members they should really make the 99 a once off fee not an recurring.
