    I received an email from bunq less then an hour ago about a survey to make the "Us tab better".
    I'm not a big fan of this tab, so I was more then happy to provide the needed feedback on it.

    However after clicking the mail, I directly got the message that the survey was already closed.
    This leads me to the following questions

    1) Why send me an email for a closed survey
    2) Why was the survey closed, before I (a paying user) could provide feedback?

        Could you please do us V2 users a favour and release a version with updated pins for the certificates that expire tonight? (x.bunq.com & y.bunq.com)
        Or at least disable the message forcing us to update, so I can manually add these new certificates to the application on my phone so it keeps working?

        (As of writing, there is no reason the app shouldn't function as the certificates haven't yet expired, they do 2020-08-01T23:59:59 in UTC)

        I'm really, really not looking forward to V3. I've seen how it looks and works for friends and its a disaster.

        Not asking for a whole lot, just give me the chance to still use V2.

          • I think this would be a good idea! Bunq talks about a loud minority, but I have no way to verify this as a user of bunq, if the posts we're moved so we could still see them we can verify their claims

              • @Lukasvdh#155171 Tja en dat is nou juist het knelpunt, een bank die zo veel vraagt mag dan ook wel betere en professionelere communicatie hebben! Topservice, tot ze je niet meer hoeven :)

                • Green card die wel een hele boom per €100 belooft te planten en komt verder zonder enige verdere speciale voordelen. Dit allemaal boven op de kosten van bunq premium en die kaart zelf.

                  Nee dank je, metalen kaart is vet maar voor deze prijs zie ik er echt geen reden voor... Dacht dat bunq het anders wou doen dan andere banken, valt dit überhaupt wel binnen de filosofie van bunq?

                  • I would love if there was a way to mark an incoming transaction so that if reduces the outgoing amount shown in the insight charts.

                    For example I may buy €100 of fast food a month, but €90 is for my colleagues who will repay me.

                      • Maybe I'm just not doing it right, but I fail to find the calculator in the bunq Android application.

                        Is android behind on updates or an I doing it wrong? Any instructions?

                        • Ben zelf geen medewerker van bunq maar als ik het goed heb betaal je niets. Enkel zodra de pas verloopt zou je hem moeten vernieuwen onder de op dat moment geldige prijzen voor een bankpas.
