It is estimated to arrive by that day. The app doesn't give a promise at all. When bunq is vague about the date others will complain again that the date is not specific enough. This is honestly exactly why bunq rarely shares release dates upfront, apart from them wanting to surprise users you will only disappoint users when you encounter a problem along the road. And believe it or not, that happens more often than you'd like, even with the best of planning, there will almost always be unforeseen circumstances.
