  • Export statements with filter/search/selection

Mijn idee is meer filtermogelijkheden te creëren voor de pdf-afschriften, zodat je overzichten op maat kunt uitdraaien van specifieke transacties.

(De gebruikte filters zouden dan weergegeven worden in de pdf zodat duidelijk is of het een compleet of een gedeeltelijk afschrift is.)

Momenteel loop ik er bijvoorbeeld aan dat ik ergens een declaratie wil indienen voor een serie maandelijkse betalingen die ik heb gedaan in het afgelopen jaar. Daarbij kan ik nu dus enkel een totaaloverzicht met al mijn transacties aanleveren.

Het excel bestand zou ik zelf kunnen filteren maar dit wordt door de andere partij niet geaccepteerd omdat een excel te makkelijk te manipuleren is.

    Dat zou zeker van pas kunnen komen in bepaalde situaties!

    Mocht je er nu al niet op zitten te wachten om al je transacties te delen met die andere partij is het misschien een optie om PDF's van losse transacties te delen? Je kunt deze vanuit de transactie aanmaken via het bekende deel icoon.

      @Eveline-Green-Unicorn#135988 Goed idee! Dat je in een overzicht van de transacties bijvoorbeeld eerst kan selecteren welke transacties je op wil nemen in het overzicht.

      Of vanuit de zoekfunctie een overzicht kunnen maken op basis van een selectie.

      De voorgestelde workaround hierboven is natuurlijk ook fijn, maar niet als je een hoop transacties hebt.

          Dit wil ik al heel erg lang. Helaas ondersteund Bunq dit niet en moet ik toch weer gebruik maken van mijn ING of ABN Amro rekeningen. Ik zou het fijn vinden als Bunq in 2020 meer opties, waaronder deze, aanbiedt voor het exporteren van specifieke transacties en overschrijvingen.

                For now you can export statements as csv file and then run a filter in your spreadsheet.
                Having the option in Bunq is much better, I agree. But for the time being...

                  @Sharad-Aquamarine-Puma#163542 Understood. But nobody would recognise it as official statement. So regrettably it is not serving the purpose we would need it.

                    @Eveline-Green-Unicorn#135988 +1. That’s a nice idea. When searching for an apartment in Amsterdam last year, I needed to provide such a statement. I wasn’t comfortable showing all my expenses but some proof was needed on my “rent paying abilities”. I would use such a feature to filter and show only past rent transactions or all transactions to a specific account.

                      I wonder if the filtering function of the statements would be included in the new Update..

                      It would be also handy if we could create bank statements on the desktop version too. I wonder why it is not possible..

                        @Big-B#166543 Yes I need to show bank statements and it seems like it is not really possible except for snapshots! Yikes how can this be?

                            @Bastiaan#200134 When. I search for transactions and get a result I’d like to export that result to html or csv or pdf so I can email it. I don’t want to do an export of many months and then search and filter and export agia.

                                  Come on, this is a basic bank service. It should not be to hard. This has been requested for a few years allready!!

                                    @Lex-Red-Owl#271363 It is? None of my German banks (and I have a lot of bank accounts) provide something like this. All bank statements always have all payments on them, not leaving anything out. Not sure if this would even be allowed in Germany, maybe it is in The Netherlands, though.

                                      Sounds like a good Idea.
                                      There are monthly transactions I need to collect the end of the year for Tax for example.
                                      I now need to search them and print individually.
