I just opened a bunq Premium account and I ordered a Maestro card to go with my Tap&Pay Maestro.
The card is due to arrive in 15 days. However I can't link this card to any of my accounts. Do I have to wait until I get the card to link it to an account?

Also, I don't know if this is connected, but I can't enable Tap&Pay at the moment because of an issue on the bunq side.

    When the physical card isn't activated (and shipped) yet you can't change the linked account from the usual place. When you tap on 'settings' when viewing the card you can still change the linked account though. By default it should be linked to your billing account.

      However, I don't have "settings" for the Maestro card I've ordered. I only have "Cancel card order".

        Could you try to force quit the app (remove from app switcher screen) and check again?

          I've tried force-quitting but there's no change. I only have the "Cancel card order" under the Maestro card. Both "Settings" and "Card details" are missing.

            Strange, in that case I have no idea why it doesn't work yet. Perhaps the card wasn't send to produce yet and wasn't assigned a card number etc. Maybe support can clarify it for you.

                @Bastiaan#139797 I've been having trouble enabling Tap&Pay on my Android - the process errors at the "Adding love" stage on the yellow screen saying something went wrong at bunq's side.

                  Ik heb dit laatst op een iPhone met Apple Pay wel kunnen doen. Eigenlijk gewoon op de gebruikelijke manier hoe dit normaal ook met Apple Pay gaat.

                      @Ralph-Pink-Shark#140002 Ik heb ook een maand zonder Tap&Pay gezeten voordat developers iets hebben aangepast zodat ik het weer kon activeren. Is het in jouw geval ook al doorgezet naar de developers?

                        Did you solve it? i have the same issue, it worked fine before. Was told by support to open a new account and order a new card, did that and it still is not working.

                            @LH-Black-Wolf#147625 My card cannot connect to my account, when I go to select the account to associate either via dual pin or just individually, nothing happens.

                              @Johan-Turquoise-Quokka#147794 can you please contact bunq's Support 💬 about this? It might be a bug.
