At this time the purchase insurance applies only to purchases on the Metal Card. This is due to limitations on the insurer's side.

We are always looking to expand this, and if we are able to, we'll make sure everyone on Together is updated 😊

Bunq should really know that consistency is important for a bank. I was really enthusiastic about bunq but I am definitely going back to N26 after my original GreenCard subscription runs out. Huge disappointment today.

Hi guys, bit confused here about the update. My wife and I have a joint subscription, am I correct in stating that we will now both be converted to a premium subscription? And am I correct in stating that this means a 50% price increase for the same level of service?

After the 3 months period you will be on the Premium membership for €7,99 per month. Your old membership was discontinued 3 years ago and today they made a final call on ending it permanently.

So.. am I seeing it correct that you’re forcing me to either not be able to use my Green Card if I don’t switch to the new, better more expensive SuperGreen?? I know it sounds like a nice idea but until now I could have my Premium for 7,99/month + my GreenCard for 99/year for a total of 194€ while SuperGreen is 16,99/month for a total of 203€.
Replacing two separate products with a single more expensive one without choice sound like a great idea...

Does it meen the Green card only subscription (€99/year) will be removed?

Dus met andere woorden ik ga 109€ meer betalen voor mijn kaart??? Dit is belachelijk eerst klanten werven met 99€ en zodra de kaart betaalt is met ruim 100% verhogen!!

Can you please clarify what is happening with the greencard when we cancel the green/supergreen subscription? can the green card still be used? (without planting trees and insurance)

I don't use any other cards (like many people too) and lost 1 tree per 100€ spent, but have to pay more. so this doesn't make any sense for me.
