Bunq should really know that consistency is important for a bank. I was really enthusiastic about bunq but I am definitely going back to N26 after my original GreenCard subscription runs out. Huge disappointment today.

Hi guys, bit confused here about the update. My wife and I have a joint subscription, am I correct in stating that we will now both be converted to a premium subscription? And am I correct in stating that this means a 50% price increase for the same level of service?

After the 3 months period you will be on the Premium membership for €7,99 per month. Your old membership was discontinued 3 years ago and today they made a final call on ending it permanently.

Closing my account immediately. A bank is not green, so I really think it's pointless using trees as an excuse to make people pay more. Disappointed in the direction Bunq is taking with this. This is so much more expensive and the only benefit is the multiple account. I think I can live without those

Can you please clarify what is happening with the greencard when we cancel the green/supergreen subscription? can the green card still be used? (without planting trees and insurance)

I don't use any other cards (like many people too) and lost 1 tree per 100€ spent, but have to pay more. so this doesn't make any sense for me.

Klinkt mooi Supergreen abo maar het is wel 20€ duurder dan Bunq Pack plus 100€ per jaar voor de Green Card. Nu krijg ik het zonder extra kosten! tot maart 2021 maar maar het is niet alleen joepiedepoepie.

I see you already got an answer as to why we made this change, which is that everyone overall will plant 50% more trees than before 🙌.

I can understand that if you were able to use your Green Card for everything before, your specific situation would be different.

To answer your question about the Metal Card, if you downgrade from SuperGreen it will be deactivated. You can always upgrade again later to reactivate it if you want 🙌.

I would recommend keeping SuperGreen until at least next year though, since as an existing Green Card member you get Premium SuperGreen at no extra cost until March 2021 😊
