@LauraOE#153631 Het gras bij Bunq lijkt groener. Vond ik ook. Ben ook ex Knab. Maar ik krijg met de dag meer heimwee. Dit duurt niet zo lang meer denk ik.

    @bunq will the Green Card now be called Metal Card as in your pricing sheets?

        @Stephanie-Yellow-Cheetah#153656 Mooi en duidelijk verwoord.

          @Walter-Golden-Kiwi#153675 Nou zo zitten wij nu ook. Maar zijn net een maand over en alles is net opgezegd, en hebben overstapservice aan staan. Super vervelende situatie nu. Wij gaan het nog maar even 2 maandjes aankijken of het beter gaat, zo niet dan zijn wij ook weg.

            @Tom#153034 Hallo Tom. Was ist hier mit Sepa Lastschriften? Werden diese als Ausgaben gezÀhlt, womit BÀume gepflanzt werden?

              @Phil-Lord#153331

              Hi Phil!

              If you're a SuperGreen member, you get the Metal Card absolutely free as long as you stay SuperGreen for a year! 🎉

              If you decide to leave SuperGreen before that, you just pay the difference between the cost of the card (€129) and the subscription fees you've paid since ordering the Metal Card.

              Hope that helps clear things up!

              Cheers
              Tom

                @Tom#153697 Super đŸ‘đŸŒ Dankeschön. War sehr hilfreich. Aber meine travelcard kann ich auch behalten und die funktionieren noch ?

                  Hi @Heisenberg90#153696

                  Only (online) card payment will count towards planting trees. This will not count for SEPA, iDEAL, SOFORT or Direct Debits.

                    @MitchellvB995#153347

                    Hey Mitchell!

                    You should receive an email in the coming hours (if you haven't already) explaining the move 😊

                    Cheers
                    Tom

                      @bunq#151791 That was handled quite badly 😔. A 60% price increase just like that is a lot!
                      A better solution would have been to not give new users the option to create Joint Memberships but keep it for existing ones.

                        @bunq#153684 If Bunq is here to listen to our wants I'm affraid you hear something different as what I hear ..... (and feel). đŸ˜Ș

                          Okay, communication could have been much better indeed.
                          For example here:
                          "As a Premium user with a Green Card I planted 2 trees for each €100 spent, is this still the case?

                          With bunq SuperGreen, we made planting trees easy for everyone. Research has shown that a bunq SuperGreen user, by planting trees with all their bunq cards, will plant 50% more trees than a Premium user with a Green Card would have!"

                          This is a confusing and frankly, a bit bullshit answer. I can read it multiple times and still not be sure if the answer is yes or no.

                          Just tell it how it is. The answer is no, right“ From now on, I will only plant 1 tree for each 100€ spent.
                          And at least for me, for the same cost as before (actually more since my wife will have to pay more because of the lost Joint option), that means planting less trees, because I actually took care to use the Green Card pretty much on all payments.
                          So yes, I may have a little added comfort, because now I can use all cards and manage finances that way. But I will definitely be planting less trees.

                            @Tim#153702 Ok danke fĂŒr die schnelle Antwort.

                            Etwas schade finde ich allerdings, dass jetzt nur noch 1 Baum pro 100€ gepflanzt wird anstatt von 2 BĂ€umen. Das war eig auch der Hauptgrund, weswegen ich mich fĂŒr die Green Card entschieden habe.
                            Und bei mir sind die anderen Ausgaben auf den anderen Unterkonten nicht so hoch, um diesen Unterschied auszugleichen. Somit pflanze ich am Ende sogar weniger BĂ€ume als zuvor und muss sogar noch mehr dafĂŒr bezahlen... sollte das der Sinn dahinter sein?
                            LG

                              @LauraOE#153695 Ja, die overstapservice heb ik nog ook aanstaan. Maar goed, geen onoverkomelijk issue en vooral geen reden voor een lock in. Wellicht luistert Bunq naar het 'enthousiasme' van de Bunqers en doen ze een 'Sonosje'. Zo niet dan ben ik veij snel weg.

                                @Walter-Golden-Kiwi#153724 Ja nou ik hoop dat bunq luistert naar al deze enthousiasme. Daarom geven wij het ook nog even. Hebben ze tijd om hun fouten goed te maken ;)

                                  I have taken some more time to let things sink in and form an opinion of the changes that happened today, and to be fair: I'm actually pretty disturbed.

                                  At first, the changes seemed fine to me. Instead of paying 7.99 a month and 99 a year, I would pay 16.99 a month. This is more clear and easier to manage.

                                  Then, I realized most other packages (free, joint, promo etc.) are affected too. The people having these packages would now have to pay the full premium price. Part of me thinks it's fair that everyone pays the same, but the time period these people have to adapt is simply unfair.

                                  I started thinking: If I pay 16.99 a month, that means I pay more per month than I do on average now. If all other (free) packages have changed too... everyone is paying more?

                                  ... So bunq's change has directly negatively impacted the finances of all customers! This got me a bit annoyed ...

                                  Lastly... as always... the communication. The communication from bunq's side has often been poor, but this time it was genuinely terrible. Changes were pushed, hours later these changes were communicated in a manner of 'you chose this, deal with it'.

                                  I have been using bunq for a long time, don't see a reason to change this, but if the willingness to switch banks was a stamp card, mine is nearly full.

                                  Please bunq. Set things straight for the free users and give them a better offer. Set things straight for the paying users and don't make them pay even more. And above all: COMMUNICATE BETTER.

                                  Make me proud to be a bunqer again, instead of having to almost be embarrassed to explain to all the people I recommended bunq to that 'I also don't agree with some of these changes'.

                                    @RobertK81#153715 Hi Robert,

                                    In general, 50% more trees will be planted with the SuperGreen subscription than with the Green Card.

                                    It means that we did some researches and that they show that by the end of the year we will have more planted trees that if we hadn't launched the SuperGreen subscription and kept the Green Card only.

                                    We hope it is a bit more clear!

                                      Hi.just upgraded from my premium subscription to the new supergreen subscription.paid my monthly subscription some days ago, on top of the new subscription fee...thats 2 subscription fees in the same month... will that be returned accordingly?

                                        Are you saying that my present account with a card for €1 per month will cease
