Hi everyone,
Iām currently stuck in a frustrating situation with bunq and could really use your help. About ten days ago, I initiated a large transfer between my childrenās accounts (both with bunq). For security reasons, bunq has put the transaction on hold for review.
Immediately after being contacted by bunq, I provided all the required information. I was assured that the review would be completed within 48 hours. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received any response, and the money has still not been released.
The lack of communication from bunq and the ongoing delay of the transfer are extremely frustrating. Has anyone here had similar experiences with bunq? What can I do to expedite the processing of my transaction?

Sorry, but V3 is a big step backwards!!!
ā¢ The basic functionality of a bank is so much harder to reach.
ā¢ There is so much ānot bank relatedā stuff cluttering the app.
ā¢ You have to remember/guess whatās hidden(!) behind the main ābunq buttonā on each screen.

@bunq#151791 That was handled quite badly š. A 60% price increase just like that is a lot!
A better solution would have been to not give new users the option to create Joint Memberships but keep it for existing ones.

What is the reason Apple Pay isn't supported for virtual Online Cards?
As Dual Pin doesn't work with Apple Pay it would be nice to use multiple Online Cards instead.
I actually think the new Together settings page makes it more complicated to switch between ātranslateā and ādo not translateā while being on the list of topics.
It would be really nice not to need to switch all the time.

I guess it comes down to some stores not accepting credit cards.
