Well, it is because every card payment we make brings bunq income, the interchange fee, of which bunq uses part, after covering some of the costs, to plant trees. All account movements other than card payments do not generate any income for bunq but only cause costs. That is why there are no trees for them.

@Cas#156447 nope. bunq changes that. From now on you only save 1 instead of 2 trees. On the other hand you now can save trees with all cards.

@Cas#156451 Depends on how you use your card. I will get more than before as I primarily use Meastro. If you primarily used Mastercard you will indeed get less. The advantage though, is that you can use online cards again now which is safer in some cases.

Right now there is nothing special about the Founders edition except for the inscription.

It would be nice to keep the Green Card for Founders at 2 trees per 100 euros to keep giving them something that makes them feel special.

Wer hätte schon Kontakt mit dem Support oder hat andere rechtliche Schritte eingeleitet auf Grund der reduzierten Anzahl der Bäume. In den AGB (Vertragsabschluss) steht ja eindeutig drin das es bei Premium mit Green Card 2 Bäumen sind. Ich hatte Kontakt mit dem Support allerdings wurde dort nur die Standard Antwort mit dem Verweis auf das neue super Green Card gegeben. Meine Frage wurde mehr oder weniger ignoriert. Nach dem ich mitgeteilt habe das ich die Sache dem Anwalt übergebe wurde mir gesagt ich muss eine Beschwerde bei Kifid einreichen. Wie sind eure Erfahrungen oder nimmt ihr das ganze so hin?
