  • Bank-transfer form in Dutch - overstapservice formulier in Nederlands

The Dutch switch service is created to make switching banks a smooth ride.

A part of this is providing users with a form which they can use to notify others of their changed IBAN.

The form bunq provides is nice and clear. It's just.. This service in a whole is made for switching between Dutch banks and the form will be used to notify mostly Dutch entities. Therefore it makes sense to make this form also available in Dutch and not only in English.

Is this something more bunqers are interested in? This seems like a quick-fix for bunq.

As far as I know this is a dutch-only service, right? If that's the case, it's stupid to have the English language involved, indeed.

Do you have your phone set to English or Dutch? I recently switched, and my form was in Dutch. As is my phone language.

        Note:

I heard about other users who did get the form in Dutch.

My system language on Android is English and was so at the time of receiving the form. Changing my system language to Dutch now only changes the filename of the form. Not the form itself.

My assumption is that the form is created once based on the system language at that time. Is this correct? I do realize that assumptions are the mother of all f*ckups.

It is indeed the case that the Switch Service Request is in the same language as the rest of the bunq app (at that time) 👍 This is also the case for the Bank Transfer Form. The language in your bunq app is the same as the language setting on your phone 😊👍 If you experience any issues with this let us know in the in-app support chat and we will help you out right away!

Thanks for clearing that up! Is there a way for me to get the form in Dutch anyway? Changing the language settings now changes nothing but the filename of the form.
