- Residence Permit
Further information can be found here.
Passport
In most passports you'll find the document reference number under the line mentioning "Document number". This section is usually placed on the top right corner of the document.
Identity Card
Different issuing countries have a different way to show the document number on Identity Cards. As it happens for passports, most of the Identity Cards (like the French, the Belgian, the Austrian, the Lithuanians or the Dutch ones) show a section called "Document number".
Other Identity Cards, like the Polish or the German ones, don't have this section mentioned, but report the number in a specific section of the card (German Identity cards have it on the top right corner, while Polish ones are on the back, top right corner of the card). For some countries, like Spain, the document number matches the personal number (DNI).
Driver's license
We accept driving licenses from all EU (European Union) countries. On this document, the number is always placed on the front part of the document under the section n. 5 as well as on the back of the document under the BSN.
Residence Permit
We accept Residence Permits issued in all EEA (European Economic Area) countries. You'll be able to find the document number on the top right corner of the front of the document.
