@Angelo-Lime-Penguin#153519 Actually, even with 26.666 in your bank account, the extra interest does not make up for the money lost, because AFAIK Bunq pays interest over max. 10 000 Euro.

@danieldk#153917 Nice bunq. There goes your interest argument 😉
I'm really disappointed in bunq. The communication, transparency and the way how you change conditions are a bad joke.
I'm a pack user and so I'm not directly affected by the new conditions. But I'm not sure if I want to do further bussiness with a company that is dealing and communicating with it's customers as bunq does.
Do you have a migration table that shows changes for joint accounts? Like before and after for monthly payments, features and fallbacks if some features are no longer supported. I read all the docs, but they are confusing. What I understood is that we’ll be double charged with an uncertainty of what happens to our accounts. That’s not the way to treat customers. Really bad communication.
Looks like bunq is making my post hidden, so I will just have to re-add it. Can anyone read my earlier posting? I see it all greyed out now...
Doing this change in the middle of the biggest crisis of this decade (maybe century) only hurts those people who are out there daily promoting and supporting BUNQ for shame.
Sorry that is not acceptable, I want the same benefits at the same price for both my partner and myself. I will be forced to take my business elsewhere and I will ensure that everyone (almost 100 colleagues) whom I recommended to use Bunq are also aware of this predatory move. It is fine to introduce new packages, but I already personally donate to numerous green foundations, I have no desire to plant trees via Bunq. The question you claim drove this decision was not complete in the do you want to plant trees but also pay 15 euro a month in place of 10 euro a month. So shame on you!
I do desire to have the plans I signed up for and paid for (Bunq Joint). I should have realized when I needed a personal loan and the bank (interbank) refused to accept my bunq statements that something was fishy with Bunq.
Now I can only see this in action. Its simple you need to reverse this decision and continue with the joint plans which have the same benefits as before (as premium). Or there will be a massive exit from Bunq. As a loyal customer and long term promoter I hope you also pay attention to this quickly.
Please all upset contact the chat and ask how to unsubscribe. This is the only way for them to understand the size of the issue
@Benjamin-Pink-Lynx#153980 They are removing a lot of critical posts. Really a shame. I love bunq, but this way of treating paying customers doesn't match the "we love to listen to your feedback" rhetoric. I am truly sad and can only hope bunq will do right by us and reverse this action as you said.
@freakyaxel#153867 Yeah, they removed my post in which I've proven the poll was a fake as well... They're censoring this board like there's no tomorrow which makes this whole ordeal even sadder. And who knows, if bunq goes on like this then soon there may not be a tomorrow for them indeed. Shame, if they would just listen to their clients and the suggestions of the community on how to make bunq work and more attractive, it could've grown so much bigger AND no need to betray clients.
We hadden Joint.
@bunq#153428 Two times more digital spillage. It's a farce.
Ajupareplu.
@LH-Black-Wolf#154072 mine as well
@Elliott-Golden-Quokka#154131 Ik zit met mijn vriendin in EXACT hetzelfde parket
No ammettono i loro errori
@Hugo-Indigo-Llama#153038 Heel onprofessioneel dit
I understand bunq cares more about trees than it's current users.
If all the people leave bunq, who is going to pay you guys ?
@Elliott-Golden-Quokka#153045 You can create or join a pack with two other people, an still pay € 5 per person. (If you want, I have 2 slots free in my pack).
Bunq is now closing topics besides erasing all criticism. Unbelievable. NOW... even if they decided to reverse this ruling, they wouldn't keep me as a costumer anyway!
@pbruins84#154166 who wants to share its financial subscriptions with strangers ? it's not netflix or spotify we are talking about.
@pbruins84#154166
Thanks for the offer, i will consider it. But the point is why do they need to change it, when we move to a (or your) pack, there income is the same?? (5 euro per user)
